Refund & Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Policy:

Your excitement is our priority! Orders are swiftly processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment you receive your order confirmation email. 


Once your package is on its way, we'll send you another notification to keep you in the loop.


For our Aussie pals, we offer flat-rate shipping options:


  • $10 for regular post
  • $15 for express post


We trust Australia Post to handle the delivery with care.


Upon shipment, an email from us will land in your inbox, complete with a tracking number for you to monitor the journey of your goodies. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If, after 7 days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, your package hasn't made its way to you, don't hesitate to reach out.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Here's our straightforward refund policy:


1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund:

  • Drop us an email at info@ozgypsies.com with your name, order number, and a brief reason for your refund request. We'll guide you through the process.

3. Refund Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ozgypsies.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
